    Distorted Text

Good idea Tech, I never thought of that one before. I'm sure I'll need that in the future. I have messed up my text in the past as well, but it's because I overwrote certain fonts with ones that were modified, and ended up being standard fonts. If you didn't add any new fonts to your system...

    Discuss: Logisys Case-51W

I agree. Since the window is plastic, it's not high quality at all. Cutting your own, and putting in a higher quality window would own. Love the matte black color though.

Next Gen Gaming is Almost Here!

I'm looking forward to more Xbox info.. I'm buying one for sure. The new Zelda is looking REALLY good too, so I can't wait to see more video of it in action. There's a lot of stuff at E3 that won't be seen though, such as a viewing of Unreal Tournament 2007.. would be nice to see more about...

    Discuss: Logisys Case-51W

Back in March, we reviewed the Logisys Case-51, which received an 8/10, due to it's great style and awesome air flow. This time around, we are taking a look at the Case-51W, which is essentially the same case, but with a window. Read the review to see if the various changed on this model made...

    Final Fantasy XI

I didn't play it to the extent I could have, but I didn't like it. That's just me though, and I am sure if I played it enough, I would get into it. I have a friend who plays it like 30 hours a week though, so it's got to be good somehow. I also like what was announced yesterday...

    Discuss: Steelpad 4D

Depends on what you mean by standard. I know a lot of people that use it, and it's certainly common. Just gives it that extra smooth glide.

    MP3s

Glad you like it man. I've never used a Samsung player, but hopefully will in the future. iPOD's are good if you want a LOT of music on the go, but if you don't mind loaded off music all the time, then 512MB is great. Of course, you may not swap music as much as I do, hehe.

    Monitor problems? Need help.

Yeah, maybe if you don't live far from your friend, you could try your 9800 Pro in his computer, and if it works, it's definitely the card. One thing you may want to try before that though, is to install the latest drivers for his card, and then reboot into safe mode. Go into your Display...

Yeah, that's two gens ago. So drivers *could* be the issue.

    Discuss: Steelpad 4D

Most good gamers who use a mousepad, usually tend to swear by them. A good mousepad needs to be able to provide an amazing glide, for the best precision. Steelpad has sent us their 4D mousepad to review, which is two sided for different mice. Check it out in our review. Check out the...

    Discuss: Ultra 256MB MP3 Player

Check out my Lyra review. It's 2.0, and you can easily just buy a 512MB SD card to add-on to it, and it should still cost you under $120. Unless you want a 4GB player or something. Depends on how much you are willing to spend.

    Monitor problems? Need help.

If you installed a bunch of drivers, it definitely sounds like that's the problem. If you see your BIOS loading on boot-up, and it only happens in Windows, then it's definitely a driver problem. Easiest way to tell, is to either roll-back the drivers, or try the video card in another...

    Ati Mvp

Ok, it looks like SLi's killer is on it's way. MVP is the ATI version of SLi, but works quite differently. Instead of using an internal connector, if you combine two top end ATI cards, you will require a dongle that is outside your case, rather than inside...

Discuss: Ultra X-Finity 600W Power Supply

Today's high-end computers can no longer run on 400W PSU's, it's a fact. There are plenty of high-end PSU's out there, but many aren't that appealing to the eye. If you are looking for a PSU with looks and power, check out our review of the 600W X-Finity. Check out the full review here, and...

    AMD or Intel?

Ahh, the classic 386/25. I had one of those, worked great! I had a Commadore 64, but my first real computer that I actually used intently was a 286 (I don't remember anything else). Monochrome monitor was wicked! I remember playing a 3D RPG game (Prolly one of the first), and since there was...

    Guild Wars

Yeah, one thing you need to realize, is that NC Soft both developed and published Lineage II. Guild Wars is developed by Arena.net and City of Heroes is developed by Cryptic Studios. I believe the customer service resides with the developers, as far as I know. I think it would be safe to...
