I'm interested to see how the custom images work now. I played with the beta and it looked great in the design field but in the preview it looked terrible.

I've got a Gigafast USB wireless adaptor and it's great. It never drops on me. I'd say go for it myself although you might have fun finding a Gigafast where you live. I got mine at Microcenter FYI.
I keep IE around for pages that just absolutely refuse to work with Firefox and I need to access them. Since I removed all other access to IE I had to put an icon on the desktop.

According to this article ATI has removed it's 7XX series of 65nm Intel chipsets from it's roadmap for 2007.
Kind of looks as if AMD buying ATI is going to make a bit of a difference for the gaming PC enthusiasts after all. I say "bit" because Intel's chipset supports Crossfire already so...

I can't think of anything off the top of my head. Well, there is the Magnum EX PSU which is pretty unique and a few other odds and ends I've aquired doing reviews but you'd have to decide how unique they are by reading the reviews.
I think you'll find that the stumbling block on load times (once you get past the point that the game is saturating the RAM at any rate) is the CPU and the speed at which it can decompress and load levels, textures and what have you.
