    Spire Pininfarina

Yes, it's a very slick case and looks great IMHO. For someone building a work PC or a PC for non PC geek family members (moms, dads, spouses, etc) it's great since it's easy to work on for the most part and very easy on the eyes. If it's only going to be opened to work on then the fan wires...

    Spire Pininfarina

The 9500 AM2? Yes it should fit.

    Spire Pininfarina

It should. If you've got access to a Dremel I'd suggest popping off the rear panel and opening up the grille. That'd really help.

    My modding threads...

No problem mate, if you need permanent hosting you could try Photobucket and get them all consolodated there. Just a thought.

    Spire Pininfarina

No, then you'd be stuffing more air into the box which is already getting too much air. Using the 120 as an exhaust would be better actually but the best cure would to be to balance the airflow by opening up the rear fan hole and putting a very low CFM 120 in the front.

    Spire Pininfarina

If that was the case and it was ever proven then Spire and Pininfarina would both be in for hefty fines due to the truth in advertising laws in this country. Laws I'm pretty certain that they're both aware of.

Tupac Dies 10 years ago today

Tupac shares a trait with Jimi Hendrix, he's released more albums after his death than before. Bizarre that these guys recorded so much music that they just said "Screw it, I'll bin it for now". Fortunate for their fans though.

    Stompfest LAN 2006

Sounds like you had a great time. Lucky dog, I haven't been to a lan since 2002.

    Video Card Help

Could be an issue with the card itself, I dunno but removing the card should've stopped it altogether if the system was overloaded on IRQ's. Believe it or not I've actually done that and have had to start removing things in order to use another piece of hardware.

    Video Card Help

It's an IRQ error. He'll need to physically move a PCI device to another slot in order to free up the IRQ that's conflicting. Generally the 1st PCI slot and 3rd share the IRQ with the AGP slot but not always.

SYSTEM IS RUNNING A LIL HOT!

Put the bottom side fan as in and the top side fan as out. This will help to make sure that there's no dead air around the GPU which can lead to locking up or freezing.

SYSTEM IS RUNNING A LIL HOT!

Ok, good to hear. How are they blowing now? Just outline it like this: Front: (Direction), Side: (Direction), Top blowhole: (Direction), Rear: (Direction). Just replace the (Direction) with out or in and I'll give you ideas to help. That case has a couple of issues with respect to thermal...

SYSTEM IS RUNNING A LIL HOT!

Remember when you were setting the fan directions? Remember all those screwy directions you put them in (against my advice) and remember how I said you'd end up in trouble for it? Baahahahahahahahahahaha! Maybe next time you'll listen!

I am *not* soliciting for votes for me...

I was looking at your PC's thread and that dude yammering at you about the scoop is a bit of a mehoff. Yeah I see the waves but I look at it and think "Have I built anything better?" and then followed in a flash by "No!" . Unless he's done a better build he shouldn't be so critical. Good luck man.

    Steve Irwin dead

I must say that I'm surprised that he actually lasted this long. I'm not making light of his death mind you but with all the dangerous animals he dealt with I'm amazed that he didn't end up on the receiving end of a deadly encounter a lot sooner. When you play with fire you inevitably get burnt...

    Seasonic Power Angel

I'd say it updates 2 or 3 times a second and no, there's no peak memory. I imagine it'll show up to 1888 watts which is the point where it'll blow the fuse ;)

    Seasonic Power Angel

Your PF is how the wall sees the load. The more reactive the load the lower the PF. A load with a perfect PF of 1 is a resistive load and the reason behind using PSU's with APFC is to present a load that looks like a resistor rather than one that's dynamic like a capacitive or inductive load...
