    Logitech Announces MK710 Wireless Desktop

I like their wired Mouse. I prefer it over Logitech's as MS is more durable and can take my heavy fingers. lol. Logitechs last me about a year before I break the left click. yeah the wireless signal for microsoft was ridiculous. Sometimes it couldn't find the keyboard when the transmitter...

    Logitech Announces MK710 Wireless Desktop

3 years battery life is insane. lol. I had a microsoft wireless keyboard/mouse (I forgot which model, its the exact same one Michael Scott from the Office uses) and it annoyed the hell out of me between battery changes and signal getting interrupted most of the time. I don't think the price...

    More Details Surface on EVGA's Dual-Socket W555

Finding a case alone that would fit this would be quite the task. :D I don't think even Corsair's 800D could fit this baby. So the cost would be: custom case + two Xeon processors + at least 1000w PSU and that's not even populating all 6 slots. It really isn't for anyone with a...

Is "Unlimited" Internet Ever Truly Unlimited?

I think TekSavvy in Canada offers unlimited for $40 a month (I think $30 for 200GB monthly cap). I have no experience with them but it looks like the ones who are with them are happy with it. I checked with their online tool and looks like they don't offer it in my area though :(

    1GB 5750 vs. 512MB 9800GTX+

You can always check out RedFlagDeals or Craigslist for good deals on 9800GT. Brand new 9800GTs are rare and they still cost about ~$100. In redflagdeals you can find some that have transferrable lifetime warranty (XFX or even EVGA if the guy is kind enough to RMA it for you when you need to)...

    Something's Up with Valve's Portal...

I have to dig up my old orange box, I think my brother might have taken it. lol. To be honest, I haven't finished Half-Life 2 episode 2 yet but have finished Portal. This game update sounds really amazing. Surprising that they would update a game that is several years old already and didn't...

    Opera 10.5 final released!

http://www.opera.com/download/ wow, its sooooo much faster. I hate using online wysiwyg editors because they always feel clunky no matter what browser I use but now, it loads instantly! It's the first Opera update in my 10+ years of usage to also not write over my keyboard/mouse...

70% of Employers Rejected Applicants Based on Online Info

Yep, I use it mostly so I can keep track of musicians and comedians I like and if they are performing in my town or a town I'll be up to date. It's much more convenient than for them to maintain a mailing list.

Music Sales Plummeted During Previous Decade

I don't think people are listening less either. I think more and more independent music is being heard now than before compared to popular music with the advent of iTunes and other digital distribution mediums. I mean now the biggest selling record artist is Lady Gaga and she only has 7...

    Is this motherboard shot?

lol. wow. At least the power strip didn't fry any of your stuff! There are some faulty bootleg power strips they sell in small local hardware stores that turn out to be "fakes" from China, the cops raided a warehouse full of them up here a few months ago.

ATI Radeon HD 5830 - AMD Completes its HD 5000 Line-up

Yeah this is a great value card. I've always thought the 5770 was too weak and it sells for $200 locally here. :/ Which is basically a 4890 so I didn't think it was worth it. With the 5830 out and selling between $215-240 there's finally a reason not to go for the 4890 over the 5770. :D
