    A-Data 1GB EPP PC2-8000 Vitesta Extreme Edition

In the memory market, there are two things I am skeptical of. 1GB kits, and EPP. Today we are looking at a new kit from A-Data that has both. It proves to have some solid overclocking ability, thanks to it's GMH chips. Are you willing to pay $200+ for a 1GB kit though? Discuss the review here!

Wii to have free online capabilities...

Chrono Trigger was good... but so damn easy. I wouldn't mind Earthbound as a downloadable game, lol.

    Logitech MX Revolution Laser Mouse

I agree, it's an expensive mouse. Especially the notebook version at $80, which in no way is justified. However, the mouse -is- the best around in its class, so I don't see reason to bash it because of it's price. The MX1000 was expensive when it was released also, but this one is far superior.

But then you said they are hard to find... so... he probably would go for D-Link since a Quickie Mart sells them.

Logitech V450 Wireless Laser Notebook Mouse

If there were perforated edges, I definitely missed them :) I certainly don't recall anything like that.

    Wireless networking questions.

Matt, you are what we call, the 'lucky one'. I rarely hear success stories about how great USB adapters are. Regardless, I don't recommend D-Links at -all-. I have three.. they suck.

    Wireless networking questions.

USB adapters are fine... but I find they drop out more often than PCI cards. I can't say I am that happy with D-Link though. I am not familiar with the ins and outs of that router, but mine drops out all the time. The only computer on the wireless part is my mom who is 20 feet away... and it...

    Logitech Wireless Music System

Sounds like something is interupting the signal for sure... have you dont tests by turning some devices off one at a time to see if the problems persisted?

    AMD AM2 4600+ EE

It's a great time to be building a dual core system, due to great competition between AMD and Intel. We are taking a look at the AM2 4600+ which proves to be a decent value due to recent price drops. Does it warrant a purchase, or should you be looking elsewhere? Discuss the review here!

    Logitech MX Revolution Laser Mouse

That's odd... that may be an RC1 issue, not the software. However, with 3.01 and the search button, I found that it would search for the same thing twice. 3.1 fixed that problem though.

    Logitech MX Revolution Laser Mouse

"It is weird that v3.01 is 42 MB and 3.1 is 133 MB" Yes... I thought the same thing. Didn't look into why though... maybe because the full CD has more stuff on it, I am not sure. That software will make some of the functions actually function properly though. Enjoy :)

Strange. I can upload it and update this post with the link. Edit: Right click, save as 133MB

    Logitech MX Revolution Laser Mouse

Out of all three, I prefer the feel of the MX Revolution the most. For MMO's, I use the MX1000 or the MX Revolution... whatever I have hooked up at the time. For FPS though, I'd use the MX 518 for the extreme control. For MMO's, that control is not needed... you are mainly hovering your cursor...

    Razer Barracuda Headset

Yes... sometimes it definitely pays in the end to pay more for something. Buying from a company that has a good warranty sometimes helps also.

Oh, pron sites. I getcha. ;-) The only site I have ever found to not work in Firefox properly was Microbeta.net, but I think it's been since fixed. Not going to try now since I don't feel like Firefox crashing if it wasn't, heh.

    connect3D X1900XT for $234 after rebate

Yeah, we are price gauged bad. Not as bad as EU and AUS though... for that I am thankful. I remember paying $530 CAN for my 7800GT at the time it was new... and then $80 for duty. Last time I ever ordered from a US store :-/

In that rare occurrance, it would be pay off to just type 'iexplore' in the run line. But... I'm dirty like that. BTW... whenever you run into a site that doesn't work in FF... let me know. I haven't found one for a while.
