I do agree with you, I will add a small side note beside that factor. I don't think it was misleading though... it's just how people read it. It's against Dual CPU's, not Dual Core CPU's. Still, I find the fact that it wouldn't worth with Dual CPUs to be foolish.

Hi Ruud, The lens that the camera uses is 6.3-63mm, that's the optical zoom. Anything past 63mm is using the digital zoom meaning the lens is not the one doing the work, it's the computer inside the camera. I'm not sure how familiar you are with cameras, but optical zoom results in better...

Well, they do, it's just not perfect. ACDSee is one program that won't function at all, for example. HD Tach and HD Tune were others that didn't want to run, but the backwards compatibility feature helped it function. There were other programs I ran that ended up crashing though... Nero Recode...

I think it's due to the fact that Vista automatically has many system services running at a given time. While WinXP had about 25, Vista had something like 40. I can upload photos showing the differences... I had forgot to include them.

Does performance suck on Vista when compared to XP? That's what I was set out to find out. I was worried at first, since the performance in Beta 2 was quite bad. While there is indeed a performance decrease, it's quite minimal as you'll find out. You can read the article here and discuss it here!

Does this PALM software require a handheld to be tested? I could test install some software if I don't need the handheld. I fail to understand why the software does not work with MCE though. MCE is essentially XP Professional with a few add-ons. I do find that foolish though. Just let me know...

I doubt Microsoft will stop supporting XP for a while. As far as I know though, they -could- stop supporting it now I believe. From what I recall, each product they release has a 5 year support agreement, and for XP, that's already done with. As for pricing, I have -no- idea who would run out...

Well, I reviewed a CPU cooler that came with really crappy thermal paste. So, when I removed the CPU cooler, it literally pulled the CPU straight out of the socket with it. That's how mine got bent.
