You are hitting a wall early... that board should be able to hit 450FSB at -least-. All ASUS boards I have tested recently (Blitz, P5N-E, P5K) have done upwards of 475FSB+, so I am starting to wonder if your CPU is the bottleneck, for some reason. It would be hard to imagine though... I know...
