Retailer Compares Monster HDMI to Composite

Thanks for the comments! We try to keep our review selection broad... I didn't know we were one of the few sites to review either of those products. Sound products in particular are Rory's speciality... he does a good job of picking some good products out of the pile. If there is a product you...

Any Anti-Virus software out there better than AVG

The best anti-virus is not using the computer at all... or keeping loved-ones off of it ;-)

Dell 19" UltraSharp 1907FP LCD Monitor

Microfiber cloths help get rid of fingerprints? I've just been using a soft paper towel and water. I guess I am not that concerned, personally. As for camera lenses, I just use a Lenspen... it seems to work fine. Brush on one side and a scrubber on the other. I might pick up a microfiber cloth...

    Ultra's 2000 watt power supply?

There are some people who run dual-PSU setups, but I don't see the need. A single 1000W at most should be enough for anyone. I can't even push out 405W+ out of my high-end Quad-Core and 8800GTX card. Add a second card and a whack of hard-drives and it still wouldn't be above 650W.

    Dreamcast 2 in the works?

The Dreamcast was great all-around for titles from all genres. I can list games from every genre that kicked serious ass. Grandia II and Skies of Arcadia were so good that they were ported to other consoles after the fact. Elemental Gimmick Gear was another that I liked, but I don't recall ever...

    NVIDIA 3-Way SLI Previewed

The reason there was zero increase in the 3D Mark tests is because it was run at 1280x1024. That's why there is a huge increase with the shader tests... it was run at 2560x1600.

Addonics Introduces External Dual Blu-ray/HD-DVD Reader

If you are looking to back up data to HD-DVD or Blu-ray... I'd say forget it. The drives are becoming more reasonable in price, but the media is still very expensive. If you are not a movie watcher... I don't think I'd bother picking up one of those drives. If you are, it might not be a bad idea...

    Need Advice on GPU Purchase

I must've missed your other posts.. welcome to the forums! This is a tough one. If money doesn't matter that much, I'd opt for the 8800GTS 512. However, if you are not that concerned with paying a fair amount extra for somewhat small increases, I'd stick with the 8800GT. I would not wait for...
