You can't use the TAB button to switch between functions on the screen? So in general, the keyboard is not working at ALL under safe mode? Did you try a different USB port than the one it's always been plugged into? It almost sounds like it's a motherboard problem.

Actually no, that's something I didn't even think to test. Next time I have it in the rig, I can test that out, although I'm unsure when that will be due to my current workload. Interesting how it would use less power with more performance though. Certainly not a bad thing.

Your performance would likely be better than what I saw in my testing. Sadly, I was unable to test dual-GPU due to not having double GPUs of any supported card. Once the new driver is released, I'll take SLI 8800GTS 512 for a spin and release a follow-up article.
