Building one shouldn't be all that hard if you have access to some sheet metal tools. If I was still in the Army doing my old job, it'd be super easy, I was a helicopter mechanic for 20 years and the units I was in had great sheet metal shops with everything needed to build a computer case.

That's exactly why I'm sticking with the S939 for the time being. I'm going to wait and see just what comes of all this. No reason to put out a lot of cash I don't have for the same or maybe less performance.

I Used to use Antec all the time also, but I had a TruePower 480 die and it took several components along with it, now I don't use them anymore. I'm always looking at the smaller vendors with good solid reps...............;)

I think I'm going to look into one of those, at least chect for the best deal anyway. I'm still saving for a new video card and CPU...............:)

My only complaint with the old version is that the cables were way to stiff to route way out of the way. These look like there won't be any problem at all, as a matter of fact, with them being flat, that will really help in hiding them under the MoBo and such.

I'll more than likely stick to a single card solution, for me a SLi or any dual card solution just isn't worth the extra cash.

I think AMD already said that they plan on contining production of the S939 till the end of next year, if I remember right. Maybe by then the AM@ will have better performance along with a better price ..................;)

I'm running the 2x512 dual channel kit in one of my rigs and it's great (BH5 ICs). They will clock to 250 (DDR500) at 1.5-2-2-5 timings, but you'll need a MoBo that can push high VDIMM to get it.................;)
