    Half-Life 2: 64-Bit - Reason to get excited?

I never noticed that gawdawful glare before Rob asked me about it and the drivers I'm using are the latest WHQL Forceware release and were the last time I played HL2 32bit. That said I know when I got my compairison screengrab for Rob that I had to wait nearly 20minutes for updates so that...

    Logitech MX610 Cordless Laser Mouse

The bundle uses the same drivers as just the mouse and the keyboard separately but it shares the receiver between the two. It just could be an issue with the Duo's receiver, I dunno.

    Logitech MX610 Cordless Laser Mouse

Don't ask me, Mine's part of an MX Duo and it's had this issue with both my P4 and my SN41G-2 Shuttle cube. If I knew why it did it I'd have fixed it. It's been like this even with my Abit IS7 board so I really doubt my USB drivers are suspect.

    RAM Clocking

The modules should be set to 166 as the native FSB of that CPU is 166 so as you scale the FSB up the ram will be in synch with the bus.

I met my wife online...oh boy what a bad idea...My advice is just to have your prospective spouse take a psychological profile before you marry no matter how you meet them. The "prenup" of the 21st century!

    Logitech MX610 Cordless Laser Mouse

It's roughly as long as the MX700 and a bit narrower where the thumb scallop is but not by much. And thanks.

StoooooOOOOOoooooork!!!111!!!oneoneone Man, I just went through this with the big bombastic bastich, 4 gigs won't show more than 3 in windows and depending upon the mobo it might not even alocate that much. Not only that but some mobos won't OC at all with 4 gigs loaded on it...at all. That...

    Never buy an Acer. EVER.

FWIW, ASUS makes a really nice notebook and I believe they offer a better warranty. The shop I worked at in Russellville sold the ASUS lappies and never had one come back for anything more than ram upgrades or u.e.

    Never buy an Acer. EVER.

Ouch, that's just wrong. I'm thinking that the problem is related to the mobo more than the drives as it stopped seeing media on one drive then stopped seeing the other drive during bootup. I hope you get it resolved man, I know what it's like to have those kinds of issues.

    Turtle Beach Montego DDL

It has made no difference to my frame rates at all, I run it at 1024x768 maxed details with 2xAA and have no touble whatsoever with my framerates going below 60 or so FPS. You shouldn't have swapped the Montego for the Audigy 2ZS as the ZS has a hardware DSP that offloads the sound processing...

I linked you to Coolermaster red LED fans man...did you miss that?? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811999067 That should cover it but your case takes 5 fans not 4...1 in the front, 1 in the roof, 1 in the front, 1 in the rear and 2 in the door.

How is $50 35% of $180? That's more like, um, $65 seeing as $60 is 33% of $180. I thought he wanted a $1500-$2000 PC not a $600-$1000 PC so I went with that in mind and the PC4000 is there for if he ever wants to test the waters with overclocking. For WIW Drop the DFI, go with the ECS SLI...

    Logitech MX610 Cordless Laser Mouse

It's a lovely little mouse and, unlike my MX 700, if I unplug the reciever and plug it back in I don't have to reboot the PC to get it working again. That always bothered me about the MX 700.

I'm pretty certain that minus the food and RC vehicles that newegg probably has them beat when it comes to PC part selection. Stop to consider that newegg is the retail section of ABS Computers and they're pretty much capable of making anything your little black heart could desire. Not that I...

Since I have no clue as to what Fry's carries (never seen one) I won't attempt to help. Now if you were getting it all at a "real" PC parts outlet such as newegg I could help.
