It's a parody, that cig pack is PhotoShopped in. That's the same cooler that Greg reviewed a bit ago. For a fan to draw 1400W it'd have to be 60" in diameter...or bigger, that's over 116A at 12V.

He has it mapped in software, if he tries in hardware it won't boot windows. I'm of the opinion it has to do with his core stepping there...
