Sounds like your OC is starting to corrupt the OS for some reason, I know that it's happened to me before.

3.9 is a nice OC out of a Quad really, do you plan on cranking it up any higher anytime soon??

I'll have to agree with you Rob, SSD is the wave of the future, how far in the future is anyones guess right now only because of the price.

The difference between the 2 cards would be minimal at best..............;) And if you need/want a little more power, you can always OC the thing a little.

Yup, the OCZ GameXStream 700 is extremely light for a 700w PSU. It'd be grest for any rig, but even better in a Lan gaming rig that gets hauled around alot............;)

You'd have to have one massive pump if you wanted to try something along those lines with water cooling.................;)

I'm looking into getting one of those sound cards to replace my SM Live 5.1 mainly because the old card isn't supported by Vista.

I've honestly never noticed them at any of the e-tailers, but at those prices, I might just be better off going back to DDR2, I think I can get 4 gig for a quarter of the DDR3 prices depending on where I shop.

Ture, more and more sites (larger ones) are testing on 30" displays these days, that's for sure. The common display size has been increasing with every new generation of displays and video cards, at least it seems that way to me. It wasn't but 2 years ago a 19" standard was the display to have...

I'm currently limited to 2 gig or DDR3 period (only have 2 DDR3 slots) but I can go back to DDR2 if need be, the board also has 4 DDR2 slots, so at least I have the option if I need more. I would be nice if they made 4 gig sets of DDR3, but even if they did, I'm sure that I couldn't afford it.
