For that budget the X-230 Logitech's are about the best you'll find. You could step it up to around $70 and get the Z-4 2.1 set with a bit more power and better sound.

I haven't noticed any such defect. The Toughpower 750W has been in my room-mate's PC since November of last year and been through a couple of upgrades without so much as a hiccup.

I click on 16:10 and hit apply and it goes back to the options menu without applying, dunno why. I just got a KVMP that's VGA only so I can run more than one PC at a time. As such I'm using the VGA input on my monitor rather than the DVI-D so I dunno if that's the issue. GRAW2 works in the same...

It doesn't encode DTS yet and it does not decode DTS MOVIES (I suggest that you re-read the review) to the analog outputs AT ALL. The Creative versions decode DTS from movies to the analog outputs. So, in short you're the one left looking like the jackass you are. Um, I hate to break the news...
