    MS Excel Spreadsheet help needed.

The network I run on has more security then you can shake a stick at. The network crawls because of it. As for the spreadsheet, I was given full compliments on it. Thanks for the help

    $10 DSL and FREE Modem

Dial-up? You poor soul. Here, sit on the couch and let's talk about it. "When you were a kid, did you parents force you to use dial-up?"

    $10 DSL and FREE Modem

Seems like AT&T don't like it, don't promote, but have to offer it. http://theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=40430

    anyone has 20" LG?

We have a kid at work who's from Romania. He talks about 2 cylinder cars that had roofs made of a special cardboard, and buying gas off a truck. Didn't think the IT industry was very big over there. 20" ??? Someone must be very rich!

    Ancient Dell 1907FP

What I'd suggest you do is check out Dell's support site. I'm not sure about flat-panels, but all computers I've come across, they've had pictures/diagrams/discriptions on how things come apart. This sounds like an awesome mod. Personally I thought about getting two and mounting them on my...

NYC Taxi medallion sold for record $600,000

I don't think car companies are against fuel efficient technologies. They've tried rotary motors, natural gas, propane, turbine-powered, battery-powered, etc. These technologies haven't been able to knock good old gas piston engine technology yet. It's all about market. Many are driving V-8...

Richest Man in India Building a 60-story Home

Personally, I like to keep my feet as close to the ground as possible. I know they engineer this and that, but one wrong flight path by a Boeing 777...

HELP ME OUT!! Plz. Suggestions for motherboard

I waited until there was an ASUS SLI motherboard on sale and grabbed it. I added a below average CPU and basic memory because of the budget. But now there isn't too much I can't throw at it. Get a good motherboard on sale and in neccessary, add basic parts until you can upgrade.

    MS Excel Spreadsheet help needed.

May the gods smile upon you today. I'm going from records not even recorded on paper to a computerized spreedsheet. It's an edge I want to show I have above others. (I'm not a permanent staff member) I normally wouldn't ask for help, but the system I was using was SO slow. (At times, I've...

    MS Excel Spreadsheet help needed.

I have never used Excel before, and ran out of time today before I had a chance to figure it out. I have a seperate spreadsheet for each month. I want the data from the monthly totals to go directly in a year-end summary. I didn't even get a chance to copy the formula then try Paste Special...

OCZ Acquires PC Power & Cooling

The big fans seem to be available to manufacturers, but I haven't seen anything big available as a single unit. I like the entire face being a row of 5.25" bays, but I don't like the 'wings' on that Thermaltake case. The side panel is also one of the ugliest I've seen. If I were buying that...

    Designing new cooling sytem

Or you could drop an old heatsink and fan on and call it a day. LOL. I've always wondered why they don't REALLY fin waterblocks. Maybe it's just me, but I'd feel more comfortable knowing it might air cool a little in case something stopped working. Are their freon pumps?

OCZ Acquires PC Power & Cooling

My Superflower has a 14 cm fan on it. It's a whisper if anything. Three speed settings. I'd like to see all PSU's using 14cm fans. Wish bigger fans were available.

    Woman Pushes Baby on Segway

Honestly, I don't think this is any more dangerous then those kid carriers that mount on the back of bicycles. As a former BMXer, I have lot of personal experience with the force a bike can go when the front wheel stops and the bike pivots the rider (and kiddy carrier) into the ground. I...

    Corvette Sedan?

The Mercedes CLS Brabus Rocket is a 4-door. 730 hp. 362.4 km/h or 224 mph top speed. Ferrari and Lamborghini don't go that fast. It makes the Corvette a toy in comparison.

    Vista Success! 40-Million Sold!

I personally don't know anyone who's bought Vista as an upgrade yet. I love playing computer games, but find myself behind the 8 ball everytime. Just can't afford to keep upgrading to do so. So what do I actually use my computer for? Browse the web using Firefox and run OpenOffice...
