You'd be going from a 650 to a 400. While I'm not a PSU guru, I'd say you'd want to stay around where you were based on what you listed but then again, I don't have any experience with Silverstone units.

I have used OCZ (died after 3 years), Antec (died after 2 years) and a little experience with Corsair (used for 2 years but sold it).

It's a bit more but you just can't beat a Corsair.

This last one is not a suggestion but just for a laugh...

If you go logisys get the most powerful one possible since there is no way it will put out the correct power :p

EDIT: here are a couple suggestions an antec: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371031

and

a corsair: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139019 both are a bit more and the same price except with the corsairs MIR it would be $10 less, I trust corsair as my corsair MIRs have always paid out. I sent an antec one in and nothing so far vs corsair 3 months later I had cash in hand (twice, 2x on my sets of ram I got) lol

Newegg has discounts on power supplies weekly, often using codes that apply across their entire selection. If you've waited this long and really want to save $20 ya can catch the next discounts... currently they have the best quality, highest rated PSU AX series on sale at $140 after rebates but I think that's a bit higher than you were looking for.

Frankly any of their 450-550W Corsair units would be more than sufficient. :)

Here. 730 watts, and it's $59.99. I have this and it works perfectly. Don't bother with the negative reviews on Newegg about this, they're only by people who don't know wattage and fried their computer components by using this wrong. lol.

Personally I would not skimp on the PSU or if you do do what I did with my original, I needed about 500 watts but I got an 850 anyways because it was worth the peace of mind. Also the best thing to do is look up any PSU your looking at on Jonnyguru. He is the devil to all PSUs that land on his desk. He tests them till they pass all the tests or until they let out all their magic blue smoke they keep inside them. (If the PSU isn't on there, or a similar model it means the manufacturer knows its junk and will let all its magic smoke out)
