Cosmos S or Cosmos 1000

Hi,
I was looking into the Cosmos S and Cosmos 1000 cases and was wondering on your on what you guy's opinions are on which is better (considering that the 1000 case is slightly cheaper ($20AUD for me), but also a couple of kilograms heavier).
I like the IO panel on the Cosmos 1000 a lot better, and also like the cool hard-drive bays in it. What I don't like is the front door because I really don't think it's needed.
What I like about the Cosmos S is the giant 200mm fan on the side, the side window, the touch-sensitive power button, the fact that it has no front door, the cool bag it comes in.

Am I missing anything else about the Cosmos S that is an important feature when choosing a case? Which would you choose and why?

Thanks :D

If it's only 20.00cheaper,I'd go with the Comos S.It's a good case with more air flow than the 1000

The Comos S for me, mainly because of the cooling options for water cooling and I'm also not a fan of front doors on a case either. But both are fine cases

Yes, it is a sweeeet case and I think I like the PSU in the bottom, like in the Antec 900

After having my UFO for so many years and having the option of installing the PSU on the top or bottom, I'll have to say that I like the lower mount position a bit better myself as well...............;)

LOL.................I don't really drive anymore, so I don't need a keychain and I already have all the screwdrivers I need, so I'll just take a Comos S, Thank You Very Much...........;)

Wow that's a very weird looking case. It's too high to fit under my desk. Plus I don't really like the look of it :p
The cosmos' will fit under my desk with like 1cm to spare

P.S. All suggestions are still greatly appreciated. If you know of any good mid-full size cases that are good quality with good features and looks kickass then post it up. I don't want anything more expensive than the cosmos cases though.

Thanks.

I've got a Armor here at the house as well, they are a really nice case, but a little on the heavy side, so you won't be toting them around to lans all the time.

They make the alumienm....alumineeum.....Alu....
You know, the light ones
The black one I have is steel and heavy.....the other is Alu...and pretty darn light.
In the last build, I had to hold it down while installing parts

True, but TT aluminum chassis are fairly thin IMHO, so you need to be pretty careful with them.

My son is running 2 different TT aluminum cases and is very pleased with them.

They seem to run cooler, although it could be my imagination.

Several years ago when I had a Lian-Li I did a little testing to see if there was a measurable temp difference between the Lian-Li and a steel case of like design using all the same components and my results showed at most a 2c difference in system temps at the most. Its really hard to say if aluminum will run cooler in every situation, but in my test, I got slightly better temps over all.

LOL.....That was on my system several years ago along with where the system was placed (in the open)..........;)

Your mileage my be different............;)

Well bad news... I found out yesterday that the powersupply I have here at home actually doesnt work, so now I have to buy a powersupply for my new build too. That means no Cosmos. I'm gonna have to go a bit cheaper than the antec 900 too I think. I'll probably just get the 690 but I was considering the Thermaltake Armor Junior a while back, bit didn't really like the look of it. Didn't like the little flap for the I/O panel on top either.
