BSOD While booting Windows 7

Hello friends,

I was running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on my system
(Mobo: Asus P5Q - CPU: Intel Q6600 - RAM: DDR2 PC2-6400 2x2GB - Power: Thermaltake 750W - Case: Thermaltake Armor) for past more than 1 year, without any issue.
Yesterday I switch off my PC (normal shutdown) and after few hours, when I switch on again, while entering user password screen, system was crashed and gave BSOD
Tried after sometime after check hardware, but same thing happened again. Ran system restore (1 day old) but still it was giving same BSOD
I am sure that no new hardware or software was installed.
Here I'm attaching few screen shots that might give you idea to find out the actual problem.
Please help me as I don't want to re-install OS and softwares.

Indicative of either memory corruption or a bad driver...

Can you boot into Safe Mode successfully? If so, might want to remove display drivers first and reinstall them.

If it still crashes randomly, there's a good chance it's faulty memory. Memcheck if you can, or remove pairs of RAM modules (Or single if you only have 2) till you find the culprit.

After that, i'll need to think a little more as this is a very general error used to cover any number of things, but it's either Hardware or driver based in nature.

Just to add more - system is working in safe mode with any problem and its not rebooting or giving any BSOD
no issue is the memory as it was tested in safe mode and even windows-7 ran diag tools to check it.

well. i have installed new fresh copy of Windows 7 Ultimate again and i thought it will solve the problem since it might be few to some drivers issues.
newly installed windows worked for few worked and again i got a BSOD (i was not able to capture it)
later rebooted the PC in safe mode and again in normal mode and check event log and found these 2 critical errors:

1)

please see if it can clear the picture?

If you reinstalled WIn7 and it STILL is giving you BSoD...sounds like your hard drive is going bad.

now its not giving continiously like before. in last 12hours it gave BSOD only once and above event logs were taken after that.

I'm kind of grasping at straws but do you have any overclock in place? I've had that do some REALLY messed up stuff. Everything from BSOD to constantly crashing service and even Firefox.

Since the problems look related to networking, i'm inclined to believe it's the NIC. You could try booting into Safemode with network support and see if that is stable as well.

If you have an integrated NIC (network card) on the motherboard. Go into the Bios and disable it, you might have 2, but disable both if you have. Load up windows normally and see if it's still stable. The big trouble causers for NICs are Realtek.

Since you've done a complete reinstall with the same problem, then yeah, this is most likely a hardware problem. If it's overclocked at all, disable it for the time being, but if it was a bad OC, then it would affect Safe Mode as well.

*Unlikely* What GPU do you have? If it's AMD, they've been having issues with BSODs the last couple months in Win7 - check out the 11.1a driver when it gets released. If it's NVIDIA, then normally it'll show a problem with nvdisp.dll on the BSOD.
