    PC Problem

Glad to hear the problem is fixed. Still would be nice to know what caused it in the first place though.

    D3 or not?

I agree with you completely... those types of graphics would be great. The problem is, even the highest-end computers you can buy right now would have trouble rendering a true model like that smoothly. Imagine pairing two of them together on top of a scene. There is a reason models like that...

    D3 or not?

    1) Money 2) Time 3) 0.1% of people would have a system capable of playing rendered models like that inside of a game.

Zalman Reserator 2 Fanless Water Cooling

Bump in case someone else will know. I can't see all of that being a problem really... you are not going to water cool your hard drives or monitors. I was going to download their spec sheet to see what it says, but their entire website seems to be screwed up at the moment.

    ASUS WL-500W SuperSpeed N Router

Sorry, for some reason I completely missed this post. Yes, I -could- connect view WZC, but only on the laptop for some reason, using the actual draft N card. I didn't test that thoroughly on my desktop, but can. The BitTorrent is real sketchy, I agree. I am hoping they will fix things up as...

Weird monitor Problem with certain game

Hmm, try changing your resolution to 1280x1024 and then try the game again. Usually an out of range message appears when you are trying a higher frequency or resolution than your monitor can handle. So... it's almost as if that game is trying to initialize with something that's not supported...

AGEIA in 2007 - Is This the Year of the PPU?

Or they could work on getting a PhysX processor included on "gaming" motherboards, or something similar. You mentioned that most gamers wouldn't want to buy a card that's the same price as their X1650XT... to me, the card is not meant for them. If you truly care about graphics/game performance...

    PC Problem

Oh you have Vista. There's your problem ;-) I'd check for any BIOS updates that are available for that board... it wouldn't be a surprise to see something like that tackled in a new update.

    ESRB: We want you!

It does, since it's damn easy to figure out a rating of a game simply by looking at the cover. I still find a need for an ESRB foolish, but a job is a job.

AGEIA in 2007 - Is This the Year of the PPU?

It's been over nine months since we've last taken a hard look at what AGEIAs been up to, but we are about to catch up. We are looking into what they've been up to and also what's on slate for the coming year. You can read Gregs current look at AGEIA right here. Discuss it here when finished...
