    GIGABYTE Previews its P67-based Motherboards

Just to be clear, H67/P67 do not have USB 3.0 support, for whatever reason. But these boards do, because GIGABYTE added it on. Perhaps you were getting confused over Intel's absolute lack of support for USB 3.0 in its upcoming chipset.

The solar powered keyboard has me interested also... it's truly about time someone did something like that.

Borderlands - What a Co-Op Game Should Be

I am not sure what you mean by that. The arenas are for deathmatch or team deathmatch. You go in there to gain the ability to kick each other's asses :D It's pretty good fun, though if someone has an incredible weapon, it shows. I'd love to hook up in-game soon, and you basically highlighted...

    GIGABYTE Previews its P67-based Motherboards

mATX boards are better-suited for H67, not P67. And for the lack of USB 3.0, I am not sure where you are looking ;-) Only one of those boards doesn't seem to have it (the mainstream mATX).

    GIGABYTE Previews its P67-based Motherboards

GIGABYTE sent along some box art as well... which I am posting only because it looks good.

Competing P2P Clients Usage Rose after LimeWire's Demise

After ten long years of providing service to its users, LimeWire succumbed to the brute force of the record industry and closed shop. As the saying goes, though, once one goes down, ten more pop up, and that couldn't be more true. If people pirate, they are not going to suddenly begin not...

Sapphire Releases TRiXX Radeon HD Overclocking Tool

A couple of years ago, you'd be limited to the number of tools you could use to overclock your graphics card, but today, that's no longer the case. In the past couple of years, vendors have jumped on board by releasing their own homebrewed overclocking applications, so the choice is far greater...

    GIGABYTE Previews its P67-based Motherboards

Intel's "Sandy Bridge" processors are right around the corner (rumor is ~2 months), and as you might expect, motherboard vendors are hard at work to make sure their product is available at the same time. GIGABYTE, likely in response to a product briefing that ASUS is holding in San Jose next...

Blekko Search Engine Aims to Rid Web of Spam

Search engines seem to be a dime a dozen, but more often than not, as soon as one is announced, it seems to disappear right off the map. The reason is obvious... to come out and give people a compelling reason to use your search engine over something like Google or Bing is one of the biggest...

    GIGABYTE UD9 4Way SLI/SSD SuperCombo

ROFL :D I agree though. $250 is about my limit for a board, and even that is high given some of the other options out there.

Bah, now I have an even FURTHER way to go to catch up ;-) You ever play in the arenas? Gave one a go last night... pretty fun.

    Logitech Marathon Mouse M705

Wireless mice offer a plethora of benefits to their users, but the most common complaint about them is the lack of battery-life, or the need to change the batteries at all. Logitech aims to make things a bit easier on people with its Marathon Mouse M705... a mouse that uses two AA batteries and...

Borderlands - What a Co-Op Game Should Be

WOW did I ever make a lot of typos in that post! I'm a little ashamed :o I am not sure who it affects, but a lot of players seem to have put hundreds of hours into the game, so they might have done more than just two playthroughs, I'm not sure.

Borderlands - What a Co-Op Game Should Be

Curious, did you log in yet and were you alraedy level 69? Apparently any XP you earned after level 61 in conjunction with some quest leveled soem people to 69 instantly when they logged in. That kind of takes the fun out of things, doesn't it? We'll definitely hook up in the game at some...

Bah, I forgot to include an ODD in the custom build I made, haha. The CPU and mobo URLs don't work, but the rest of it looks great :D

Borderlands - What a Co-Op Game Should Be

As I've mentioned on the site many times before, I tend to have a strange problem where if a game doesn't immediately look interesting to me, I'll never look too deep into it, despite how popular it might be. The truth is, though, that it's rare when I play a game and still hold the same first...

Intel to Get into the Contract Business?

For as long as Intel has been in business, it has created a plethora of chip types to sell to consumers, from processors to chipsets and beyond. In all that time, it has never created chips for other companies, but as it appears, that's beginning to change. The company has entered into an...
