2Pac performs at Coachella. Awkward awesomeness ensues.

Yeah, seems ironic he needed a break from music when his album has been in limbo forever.

Western Digital Releases 1TB VelociRaptor; 25% Faster than Last-Gen

By now, the benefits that an SSD can bring to a computer are hardly unknown, but we still haven't reached a point where everyone is ready to equip their PC with one. When talking to potential buyers, the most common complaint I hear relates to the lack of storage space - a real concern for those...

2Pac performs at Coachella. Awkward awesomeness ensues.

I agree... something like this out-of-the-blue would be intense. Even just watching live I was dumbfounded for a minute, wondering if I was really seeing what I thought I was seeing. It was very well orchestrated. I agree on Snoop concerts, though I've only been to one. It was either in 2003 or...

EVGA Releases Precision X for Android

For some, overclocking is more than just fun... it's an art. And to excel at this art, unconventional tricks must be used in order to obtain the best benchmarking scores possible and leave the competition in the dust. One such trick is to adjust GPU clocks on-the-fly, depending on the particular...

    Windows Update

I'd give Fix it a go: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/windows_update/ I've had some hard-to-fix issues that Fix it has managed to fix for me.

Man Finds Long-Lost Mother with Help of Google Earth

If you consider Google Earth to be a useful tool, then imagine how the man who found his long-lost mother via the service feels about it. Saroo Brierley, at age five, got separated from his brother when he fell asleep at a train station in India. After hopping on a train in hopes of finding him...

2Pac performs at Coachella. Awkward awesomeness ensues.

I saw this live (watching through the YouTube channel)... it was so epic. Seriously. I am not sure I ever linked it here before, but the same tech has been used in Asia to some great success: http://bit.ly/HI1zXF I am not exactly the sort of person that would want to go to a concert and groove...

    ASRock X79 Extreme11

I am not sure how I missed this thread, but that board is intense. And I'm not quite sure ASRock is a "subsidiary" of ASUS, per se. They are both separate companies and don't share R&D or anything. It's really, really tough to get a straight answer out of ASUS on the relationship.

    Kingston Releases HyperX 3K SSDs

I tend to agree, given most chassis made in the past couple of years haven't included them, and they certainly don't include two in case you actually want to use two SSDs in RAID or some other configuration.

    A 3 RPM record?

I love that Rob Reid video. He puts it well.

    Theme Hospital released on GOG

I have never played this one, but I'm tempted to check it out. My personal weakness was SimCity 2000. Played that to death.

1366x768 Surpasses 1024x768 As Most-Used Resolution on Web

That's the problem, though for that kind of resolution to really stick, a -lot- of people must browse from work, and all work for companies where they are forced to use crummy old machines. The last time I used 1024x768 was on a laptop I purchased in 2004, and even that seems too recent.

    Windows Action Show

Brian is a little grating on the nerves at times, but quality show overall. There are times when I LOL for real. This video is particular good because of the times the hosts can barely keep a straight face as they're saying such nice things about Windows.

    Having an issue with NAT

This is the first time to my knowledge I've ever had issues with Windows Firewall also. And I am not sure what mucked them up given I've installed barely any software since the last time the network worked fine.

    Having an issue with NAT

I never have an issue with Firewall either, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I had Firewall enabled from the get-go, and it was only a month into the install that this problem created itself. So dumb...

Tom's Hardware Registration = One Big Mess

I've run into the same issue before... it's a bit foolish. I think it's the result of the backend being upgraded over the years and still not being tied together properly. No excuses for it, though.
