Yeah what are you talking about? If its a good program it shouldn't have spyware but if it does it would give you the option to not have it installed. Do you just install everything in a program without reading everything?

Get rid of all the programs and use them when you need to. Don't have all of them running in the background. Else get Tweaknow which is what I use.

Are you guys talking DDR or DDR2. Since you guys are mentioning NF2 and NF3 5-2-2-2 is impossible with DDR memory; CAS max for DDR that I have seen is 3. I think you guys have the values backwards.

When you say increase the 5 to a 10 do you mean the CAS? If so then I think you might be confused with another ram timing setting like TRC or DRAM Idle Timer setting. I think you mean 2-2-2-5 not 5-2-2-2.

Well I don't ahve a thumb drive but I do use an external 80GB for backup of software oince and a while.

The NF4 runs a bit hot but that Vantec cooler is better than stock if thats what you are using now. I think it is the same height as the stock one so you shouldn't have a problem.
