Forgot where the post was for the Atom CPU...looked all over in recent posts
But it looks like sharp is taking advantage of the chip.

I have the Creative Audigy 2Z card and never used the EAX part of it.....don't like the reverb or special effects.....if I fully understand what EAX is for. Nor simulate stereo

I have the AX360 headphones and there is a box ( module ) for different connections.
I use the headphones directly to audio inputs on the back of the computer.
But with the module, you can use the optical out.
What I'm trying to do is to use the optical out to go to the entertainment system . I...
The other machine, the Q9450 right now has Corsaire XMS2 800mhz ram
2 sticks to have 2 gigs.
Corsaire also has XMS2 ( 2 ) 2 gig sticks at 800 mhz
What I wondering if you could still use the 2 sticks of 1 gig ram.
All have the same timings 4.4.4.4 12 and same speed.
Would be a combined total of...

It's already here, has been for a while.
Cable TV comes to a point ( Node ) in a neighborhood as optical, then it is processed into a RF signal from there to amps and taps.
The closer you live to a Node, the faster your internet speed is..
( ooooops that was a secret ) :eek...
Also addictive...I have to have a fix at least once a day :D
But seriously, the reviews are honest and to the point.
I'm glad there is No Bias..:)
If it's a good product that is useful, then it may be something to consider.
And just think of the combined knowledge that resides around...
You could just point your finger and click.......your enemy is dead....lol

HDMI is not a good connection, they are still working on the whole system.......Someone sold HDMI as the best there is.....it's really not.
You can get a better image from componant or DVI-D than HDMI
Maybe one day they can get to ver. 2.0

Well, I think it's great that they tested it in the real world before put out to be installed.
To Me, That says a lot.
I think most everyone has had to RMA something ( well, almost everyone )
There's nothing like getting something new right out the box and it doesn't work..... all that waiting...
Interesting.....the problem I was having was because I set everything on AUTO.
On the ram slots it was setting it at 2.1 volts...the ram I have runs at 1.9.
I couldn't leave it alone till I found out what it was.
wheeeeeww Not a mobo problem after all, nor ram
Another thing was on the ram test...
This is what I have with the E8400 Duo, great ram and even at a lower price, now at newegg

You'll see most companies, after they offer stock, only cater to the stock holders,..... forget the consumer and quality...it's showing a profit that only matters.
Thats why you see a company with a fantastic product die away into a dim memory. They went stock and refused to continue their...
Yes, it should be interesting with game developers, more or better special effects in games.A seperate card would take a load off of the GPU, but then you have to have a good link between the both of them.

Apple is a fearful company, too paranoid to expand as MS did.
The biggest step Apple took, was to allow clones. And that was because they had propriatory parts, the knew they had to do something or die off.
I had a mac years ago, and changed to PC due to the limited software progs...
