I keep hearing that 1.65v on the cpu is the limit. But the memory voltage should be able to go up there. For instance, my DDR3 kit is 1.9v.

I have always had good WD drives. Using some 36GB Raptors in RAID 0 for OS and such. And a 500GB for data. WD's RMA service is PAINLESS. I have only used it once or twice, but every time has been really fast.

What OS? Have you checked Razers FAQ, Knowledge base, or Driver release notes for any known issues with Oblivion?

Have you flashed the mOTHERBOARD BIOS to the newest version? There are a lot of issues resolved for the 790i BIOS's. If you call EVGA that's one of the questions they would ask you.
