    GIGABYTE Previews its P67-based Motherboards

No mATX P67? :( I'm really surprised at the lack of USB 3.0 support. Even a 3rd party controller would be good. At least the add on cards aren't that expensive.

    GIGABYTE Previews its P67-based Motherboards

I'm getting pissed at Intel though. It's almost like they feel that because AMD has closed the performance gap somewhat they have to pump out new solutions. I understand technology is a fickle thing and is always moving forward but this is getting out of hand, especially since they road out...

    GIGABYTE Previews its P67-based Motherboards

The UD3R would look great in any case with a black interior. Black and silver. Yum!

Borderlands - What a Co-Op Game Should Be

My friend and I went into one of the arenas but nobody must have been looking for a fight. I'll pop in and check out what my alts are at. It's no fun when someone brings in their level 50 into a level 20 game. Maybe we can tear it up on Friday. My little guy is sick right now so I'd be going...

Borderlands - What a Co-Op Game Should Be

Well, I just patched the game, logged in and poof, level 69. Not sure I dig that but really Borderlands is just a treasure hunting 1st person shooter with RPG elements sprinkled in for good measure. Time find me some phat lootz!

Borderlands - What a Co-Op Game Should Be

I've heard about that today. I'm not sure if we'll be level 69 or not but we did a lot of stuff after we hit 61. Both play throughs for the main game, play through 1 of Moxxi's, play through 2 of Knoxx and Dr. Ned. Did the people who hit 69 play all the way through the Claptrap DLC? If...

    ZOMGSPLODINGPANTS!!! LOLZ!!!

You know the developers of Fall Out: New Vegas went off their nut when they tested this for the first time. <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/c-EyjDK4dx8?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param...

Alright, second time around PC build

So I take it you won't be overclocking?

    Patriot Viper II Sector 7 3X2GB DDR3 1600MHZ 8-8-8-24

I'm convinced that heat spreaders are nothing more than eye candy unless you are going for a crazy high overclock with a ton of extra voltage. Even then an extra fan blowing on them directly would be a better choice. Out of all of the memory I have ever owned I don't recall any of them getting...

Borderlands - What a Co-Op Game Should Be

Let me know when you're ready to take on Crawmerax. He's a pain in the ass for sure but drops the phatest of lootz. EDIT: The new patch was just released today that increases the level cap. Time to kick some claptrap!

    GIGABYTE UD9 4Way SLI/SSD SuperCombo

This on the other hand is a bad ass combo. $183 for a 6850, $200 for a 22" monitor, $50 for a Razer Arctosa, $50 for a Razer Death Adder and you're off and running with one hell of a system coming in at a little over $1,000. If I had the cash I'd get all up in this one.

Kinect-enabled Xbox Live Dashboard Update Released

I can handle Mario Party but it's like their marketing department has a bunch of 12 year olds running the show. My apologies to 12 year old children everywhere.

Alright, second time around PC build

Most overclockers end up running high frequencies with relaxed timings anyway because the memory frequency is tied to their base clock although they could dial down the multiplier I suppose. I can honestly say that from CL7 to CL9 there is really no real world difference from what I have...

Kinect-enabled Xbox Live Dashboard Update Released

I know that this has nothing to do with Microsoft's motion based offering but I had to post it considering everybody is trying to play catch up with the Wii.

Alright, second time around PC build

A budget of $1,200 will get you tons of processing oomf these days. Are you stuck on Intel or AMD or does it matter?

Special Mario Edition Nintendo Wii to be Released Next Month

This is right up there with AMD/Nvidia themed cases that cost $20 or so more than the standard versions. It just doesn't make sense to me.
