Corsair's First 'Link' System Monitoring Kits to Launch in July

The only thing that I see holding this back is the price. It's a total niche product and one that could be fun but companies really need to buy into it and put out some really trick pieces of kit.

OCZ Shows Off Z-Drive R4 SSD at Computex; Reaches 1.5 Million IOPS

I wish OCZ would hook up the TG staff. :p Here I was thinking my 50k was good!

Corsair's First 'Link' System Monitoring Kits to Launch in July

I can't stand flashiness in my systems it but even this has me curious because it has other applications. I'm wondering if this is the latest incarnation of CoolIT System's Maestro that they were talking about in late 2010 and early 2011 but never launched after making the change over to being...

    Duke Nukem Forever Goes Gold!

If I weren't a father and wouldn't make a complete ass of myself by constantly asking when/if Borderlands 2 will be released I'd enter.

    Barnes & Noble: New Nook

This thing sounds like a baby pacifier. My wife just came to me with puppy dog eyes asking for a Kobo Touch. :S

    Duke Nukem Forever Goes Gold!

Haha! I'm sure Rob has had to rehash the same old do's and do not's to anybody who has ever written for Techgage. The game is going to rock, simply because it's Duke. Plus I have faith in Gearbox.

The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Review

With DX9 games that look this good, why aren't we seeing something that rivals reality since we're at DX11 now?

MSI GeForce GTX 560 Twin Frozr II Review

Can it overclock is another question. If so, can it surpass the Ti? I'm all about getting the most for paying the least so a lower cost variant that can go beyond a higher end model is alright in my books, no matter how silly the launch may be.

Duke Nukem Forever Demo Release June 3rd

Is that the same one that they have out at GameStop in McAllister Place, Joe? They have one there of Duke with his arm around a girl but the girl's face is cut out so someone could be put in the scene. This may end up being an early birthday present!

Intel's Smart Response; SSD Caching Tested

To further what Rob said, I'll be doing additional testing using a 64GB MLC Kingston SSD to see just how it stacks up to Intel's 311 Larson Creek offering. I just read an article from GIGABYTE that says they are due to launch of Z68 boards with onboard mSATA SSDs. I didn't have time to dig in...

Intel's Smart Response; SSD Caching Tested

Hey Joe, I dare you to call ASUS, GIGABYTE or NVIDIA Asus Gigabyte or Nvidia. :p In all honesty, there's no way I could go back to a mechanical drive for my OS. I'd sell an organ before I do so. Even my wife, who is far from a hardware junkie wants one after using my system for the first...

Are Traditional Game Consoles Soon to be a Thing of the Past?

I'm a big fan of the Ghost In The Shell series so I can kind of see things ending up there way down the line. Everybody just plugs in their brains and they're on the Net surfing everything they want. I don't expect the Wii 2 to give us all ghosts but it wouldn't surprise me if Nintendo pushed...

Upgrading to a Corsair Obsidian 800D Chassis and H60 CPU Cooler

I've seen the light, brother Rob. After tinkering with the 650D and seeing the 800D up close, they're pretty sweet. This morning I finally installed the H60 into our new chassis testing system and it went in like buttah! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqPiJ0L7YmY Get some fans for the top of...

Z68 Motherboards Without Video Outputs? What's the Deal?

Ooooooh, I thought Quick Sync was all worked out without video connections. I wonder if I can get you an answer sooner than GIGABYTE can?
