Makes sense. That plus Vista used up to 800+ MB of RAM minimum when I got it in December. Removing about 1/3 of the crap got it down to 550ish MB. I can't argue tho. I forgot to mention it was my Christmas gift, and it's better than paying for one or not even having one :D
