Intel Releases New Core i5 & Mobile Celeron Processors

That new i5 is i5ail. Yeah, I know...that one sucked, but it's true. Extra cash for a few more gigglehurtz? Overclock the 2500K to likely what the 2550K is capable of (I can't see it being any different) and pocket the rest. I was hoping to read that it was the same price as the 2500K and...

CM Storm QuickFire Rapid Gaming Keyboard Review

Red switches are the closest you'll get. The still have the same amount of travel but almost no resistance and dead quiet although because of the lack of resistance you tend to get a clack when the key travels to the maximum depth. Kind of like hitting a stopper.

Dear Esther - A Gorgeous Story-Driven Game That Makes You Think

Even though the trailer doesn't show much other than some pretty bangin' environments I'm pretty interested. I liked the idea behind Myst but the puzzles melted my face and, as Rob knows I'm not much of a twitch gamer. Games like this are my thing. I'm saddened by the fact that I sold my Sega...

CM Storm QuickFire Rapid Gaming Keyboard Review

This keyboard was expected back in November if memory serves me so who knows when or even if the Trigger will be released but if it does, it could be a winner. Here's hoping for ONLY red switches on that model. No clicks and a hair rigger.

ZOTAC Announces D2700-ITX WiFi Supreme ITX Motherboard

After I read this I checked into this... ...and immediately fell in love. There's a few reviews out there where K-series chips have hit 4.5Ghz+. Too bad they cost over $170.

    Lamptron FC8 Fan Controller Review

I won't call you an idiot but the way in which you deliver feedback leaves much to be desired. Education trumps flaming, but I'm happy to admit a goof when one happens. The retail box for this controller as well as the press release issued prior to its release has solid caps plastered all over...

Thanks for the 4-1-1 on this by the way, Doomy. I would have missed this if you didn't bring it up back in October or November. http://forums.techgage.com/showthread.php?t=8889&highlight=cosmos

LOL @ Bono con. Nice! When I swing by to drop over your gear I could grab them and give you the perspective from a set of 20/20 eyes. My current system should be able to run Borderlands at least.

Antec SOLO II Mid-Tower Chassis Review

Well, you certainly get what you pay for with the exception of fans. If you plan on using an all-in-one liquid cooler you're set because you can move the exhaust fan, flip it and turn it into an intake. This case is classy in every aspect. The pain is flawless, the entire enclosure is rock...

Breaking Down & Getting A Phone...But Not By Choice!

That was the clincher...plus the Galaxy Nexus is $200 up front on a 2 year contract. The Nexus S was zip, zilch, zero on a 2 year. Google employees were given ICS to test with the Nexus S anyway so that should be coming in 2012. Win!

Asetek Announces Availability and Preorder Dates for 240mm Super Cooler

What people don't understand is that this was likely designed to Intel's specifications. The Corsair H80 or Antec Kuhler 920 is easily a better option if you want an all-in-one liquid cooler. A side by side comparison with the H60 or Kuhler 620 would have been nice though.
