Just got Verizon FIOS installed two days ago. These speeds were from a laptop on my 802.11g network. My old provider, Optimum Online (Comcast) had extremely varying speeds after ~10pm. My ping would jump to over 1000ms, and dl/ul speeds could be anywhere from 0-500kbps.
