Is Intel harming USB 3.0 before its release?

The 10x faster doesn't excite me anywhere near a less power consumption does. I can see 3.0 being a slower to adopt then they would hope. The only real high speed I/O is see being commonly used is the NIC.

AMD Updates CPU Launch Schedule - Phenom 9850 Due In a Few Weeks

Wasn't AMD's 'triple' core actually a neutered Quad-Core unit with one core that didn't work cut off? If so, could they just dump manufactering defects from the 12 core unit into different packaging. The could sell 12 core units, 11 core units, 10 core...

    Gas Prices

I usually get hired on seasonally with the Federal government. I just went back to work after collecting Unemployment Insurance. (Which I could still do until this fall.) With gas prices, I'm out about $20 a week compared to my U.I. check.

    Canadian Copyright Bill Delayed

You know, I never listen to the radio. Never watch music videos. Never go to bars/dance clubs. My exposure to music comes from downloaded music. I've found myself listening to different types that I never use to before. If I were to buy a cd, it would be a direct result of hearing it first...
