There is a problem I'm having with this one... It does not refresh the contact list so I never know when people are online or offline. Only shutting down the programe and restarting it does the job. It's possible to be a setting on my nic but I could not get it right. The mobo is a Msi K8N Diamond, sunning Xp Sp2 and the network card is the onboard Nvidia. Oh by the way it is a shared internet connection for I have two computers.
Any advice would be apreciated

Could be a program problem and not a hardware problem. Try another version if you can. Has this always happened?

It has been so with the latest 2 verions but I do not have this problem on another computer running the same version. That is why I assumed that it coul be something in the settings for the network card
