Do you want a hard drive enclosure that not only lives up to your expectations, but looks classy at the same time? We are taking a look at the Thermaltake Max 4, which does just that... and well!

Max 4 install

After reading the review and reading and re-reading the manual that came with the Max 4, we still cannot get either of our computers to recognize it, the disk with supposed drivers does nothing, no mention of HD jumper settings and nothing at Thermaltake's website. Anyone have any info or experience with this product?

Hmm.

I had no issues at all.. what version of Windows are you running? Not that it should matter, I would make sure the jumper settings on the drive are set to Master.

This is foolish, but make sure that the power cord inside the enclosure is properly connected to the drive.
