So hair me out, I am curious - does anyone here have any experience, or know someone who does, with hair restoration products? I've been battling a receding hairline for a while, and I'm tired of it. I've reached the point where I'd rather re-grow hair, or go bald (then join a gang, as one must do). Problem is, I don't know anyone with any experience with the stuff, and I'm sure not just going to trust random reviews found around the Web (for obvious reasons).

I've had it up to hair with this problem.

I started losing my hair at 19. I shaved my head fully at 22. Best decision I ever made.

I even pulled my hair back and looked in the mirror and thought "fuck, I'm gonna look like a moron". You never know until you try it dude.

Shave w/ a razor at setting 2, then 1, then take a blade to it. SHAVING CREAM IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THE BLADE FYI.

If I were to go that route, and I sure don't want to, I'd likely buzz it down as much as possible, then use some cream to remove the rest (a la Nair). I want hair, is the problem, I'm just not willing to look like a douche if there's no other option.

C'mon, Rob, work what nature gave you. A very close buzz or bald might be just the answer for you, unless you have a weirdly-shaped melon of a head underneath.

I can honestly say that if my hairline reaches a certain point, the clippers will come out the next day. There's something awesomely confident about being able to say "fuck it, if I'm going bald, I'll be bald!" If you feel like being totally pimpin', you can get your scalp tattooed and look totally bad-ass. ;)

Seriously, though - I haven't heard much in the way of these products working - my understanding is that they will do a great job to help thicken what you do have if you're thinning all over, but bald patches will likely not come back (receding lines, and such) - those usually require transplant instead, which is even more expensive.

A pack of bic razors, on the other hand, is $2.99 and will last you a few months. ;) And you'll get some 'confidence' points for it with the laideez.

I is bald too! :( My cousin is giving me these natural herbal oils to try out. He said it worked for him but he did not have any major hair loss like mine though!

Shave and apply for 5 to 6 months! Lets see what happens once i get that stuff, lol! :D
