If you demand to be mobile and still have the hard drive space you need, then you should look at the Seagate Momentus 5400.3. It's the first mobile drive to be equipped with a full 160GB of disk space, and still retains great speed.

Those numbers were quite surprising considering the rpm speed. I know laptop components cost more overall, but I do think that's a tad bit much for only 160Gb. The new PMR system you were talking about doubles the amount of hardware needed for construction. I'd think it would end up thicker, but seeing how it works I can understand why it's not. Nice little hard drive that'd work great in one of those Avoxes.
