Samsung rumored to be suing Apple over its use of LTE

I'm beginning to get the feeling that this will become the story that never ends. Apple sues Samsung. Samsung sues Apple. Apple sings a song, Samsung eats an apple, etc etc.

Maybe someday samsung will beat apple I heard it today that samsung caught up apple as the leading best selling Smartphone..

If there's a silver lining to all of this bickering between Samsung and Apple, I hope that it show the masses the urgent need for patent law reform. It stifles innovation and in the end only hurts the consumer.
