Well, going by the specs, I'd say they're not too bad. I do question the value of trying to get anything but stereo sound out of heaphones... If it is simply downmixing to stereo that's fine, but if it's trying to create positional audio using phase and time effects I think you will find the sound quality is severely compromised.
The microphone is one thing you should give thought to... The stated frequency response is 50 to 16,000 hz, which is what you'd expect from a studio mic. For voice you really only need the range from 150 to about 3khz to capture best intelligibility without sacrificing too much sound quality. The human voice does not produce wide range audio... the extended range of the mic might predispose it to picking up a lot of background noise.
Speakers and microphones --especially headsets-- are extremely subjective experiences.
The specs seldom tell the whole story. Ultimately the test is using them... If you're happy with them that's 90% of what matters.
