I need a quality PSU preferable an Corsair or Coolermaster, Seasonic wich can power these components:

Core i7 920 (OC to 3.0GHz)
GTX 260 55nm (stock)
WD Veliceraptor 150gb hard drive
WD black 500gb hard drive
3 x 2 gig of ddr3 ram (1333)
Creative Soundcard
1 x optical drive (cd, dvd burner)
6 system fans
And a Swiftech MCP655 water pump (23WATT, 12V-DC)

I do want some head room for my PSU, would a 600 - 650WATT PSU be enough, should i take one with a huge single 12v rail or multiple 12v rails? (its kind of mixed feelings what people have conserning multiple v rails) any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

I prefer a single 12V rail, but very good quality PSU's with multiple rails should be just fine anyway. You are right on the money, I think 600-750w models would be all that you need and still offer plenty of headroom if you ever go dual GPU.

Both of these are $80 after rebate, that'd about the sweet spot for a good PSU. Be aware of the extra length on the Power & Cooling model, but I am still partial to their units. A 750W equivalent Corsair runs $99 if you want a normal size PSU in that range.
