Power Supply requirements

Intel Q6600 overclocked to 3.2ghz 1.35v, EVGA 680i, 2 sticks corsair ddr2 800 ram 1gb each dual channel, tuniq tower 120, 2 dvd burners, possibly 2 8800gts fatal1ty 320mb cards from xfx in sli (leaving room for future upgrades, only putting in 1 right now), 4 120mm led fans, 2 seagate 320gb hds. I will be playing games such as crysis, battlefield 2, call of duty 4, and halo. also running folding @home. what would be the best and most efficient power supply?

I'd say that rig would use up about 485W - 500W.

The CORSAIR 620HX would be a very good PSU for you.

Also look into the Corsair VX550W if the HX620 is a bit too pricey.

about 600w would be good, plenty of brands to. Corsair, Gigabyte PSUs. You just need decent amp per rail.

You have to pay attention to the 12 volt rails, total amps are important
