PCI x1 and X4

Whats crackin- i'm building my first system and i need some help. first off, i'm wondering if OCZ Reaper HPC DDR2-1150 is compatible with the 780i board. second, is there a huge performance increase having the 790i running PC3 (& is it worth the $$$)? lastly, is it possible to do tri-sli with the 9600GT (& would that be better than running two 8800 GTS 512MB)? thanx... oh yeah... & what about the Q6600 vs E8400???

I've got the reaper with the EVGA780I mobo, runs great, I have had the volts to 1.3 in overclocking....sweet combo along with the E8400.....

how about the processor? which do you recommend Q6600 or E8400

Tough call really, real world right now, there's not a lot of software that takes full advantage of Quad Cores, but if you want/need a Quad for some reason, I'd opt for one of the new 45nm jobs, but that's just me............
