It's not too often that someone will encourage someone else to drop out of college, and it's even rarer for someone to encourage twenty-four people to do it. Leave it to Peter Thiel, PayPal co-founder and holder of a B.A. in philosophy and J.D. in law, to be the one to do it.

There's an argument to be made that it's very well the case... if you have a sound idea for a business, (Or make a start for yourself in the entertainment industry) then definitely.

Paul Allen and Bill Gates are two easy examples of this... Ben Affleck and Steven Spielberg are two others. There's a huge website full of names to pick from for more.
