At this year's CES this past January, there was a lot of talk about USB 3.0, and it was no surprise. Just a couple of months prior, the interface was unleashed to the public, and those who owned capable motherboards/add-in cards were craving for the chance to purchase a capable product. One such product that caught my eye was found in OCZ's hotel suite... a sleek silver external enclosure with an SSD inside, and a USB connector outside.

Aside from what I'm sure will be less-than-accessible pricing for a lot of people, how excited are you guys for the day when such portable devices are mainstream? I have to say that personally, I'm stoked. Being able to copy something over at such mind-blowing speeds is going to be nice, especially when it comes to huge files/folders (in the gigabytes). On external USB drives I use now, even if an SSD is installed, I usually see speeds top out at around 20MB/s. The thought of seeing that 10x at least... is just awesome.
