NVIDIA Releases its Budget GeForce GTS 450

It might have taken a little bit longer than most gamers would have preferred, but NVIDIA today has unveiled its GTS 450 mainstream offering, based on the Fermi architecture. Up until now, the only options NVIDIA fans had was the choice of ~$200 offerings, but this release, priced at around ~$130, blows the doors open for those looking for good performance at an affordable price.

Now THIS makes me excited. Finally and offering from Nvidia for the common person who wants to game at a reasonable quality but still eat and have a roof over their head. Two of these in SLI would rock and cost a bit more than my 5770 did at the time.

Very well done and a nice cooler by Asus to boot.
