anyone know the dBA of OCZ GameXStream 600w? i want to get some new fans for my new case, but i don't want anything noisey. i figure the only other fan in the case will be of the power supply. so i want fans to match the noise level of the PSU. i can't find anything myself, i read some reviews on OCZ GameXStream 1000w and some say it runs at 17 dBA during idle and 30 dBA at load. but is that the same for the 600w? should i get panaflo quiet fans at 27 dBA or panaflo medium fans at 30 dBA? or are there other fans anyone would suggest (92mm size)

While Panaflos are great, Yate Loon also makes some decent cheap fans (although I'm not sure about 92mm sizes).
Regardless of any other factors, my first recommendation would be to get a Sunbeam Rheobus (or similar fan controller) along with some medium speed fans. This allows for a great range of silence and cfm. Otherwise, I would suggest getting the quietest fans possible.
