All you need to do is input your e-mail address by the looks of things. Couldn't be much easier! Strange about the HD 4890, and the lack of rules and regulations, though. I'd assume this contest might just be for those in the US, but I could be wrong.

No rules listed and many countries are in the drop down list. From what I've read that motherboard cannot use that ram to its full potential though.

Using the RAM to its full potential is a non-issue as far as I'm concerned... no one is going to see a difference in real-world performance if the RAM has to be used at a more reasonable speed (unless they have a specific purpose for faster RAM, which the vast majority don't).

I'm more confused by the fact that the PC includes an HD 4890 rather than something from the HD 5000 series. The HD 4890 is still a good card, but it's an odd fit in that machine given it's long been replaced.
