Hi, hope I am in the right vicinity for my thread?
I recently purchased the Steelseries Merc Stealth keyboard, firstly the PAUSE does not work, and neither does the SAVE buttons, and maybe i need a dimmy manual regarding the explanation to mods? also i have 3 games that are not even mentioned on their tree, one being Total Wars! Could somebody give me answers to these three questions please.

Did you install the needed software or did you just let windows install the drivers?

Even with the software installed you may need to manually assign the pause/save keys within the game(s) for them to work.
