Thank you for the heads up!
Between this and the release of the Westmere next year I'm tempted to wait another 6 months before buying a desktop. Hopefully my laptop will hold out till then.

While the GTX295 still reigns supreme, the 5870 seems to be almost as powerful as 4870 X2.
