Google Earth flight sim?

Yes, such a thing actually exists. If you are using the latest version of GE (4.2), then you can access a built-in flight simulation mode. There is no sound, but it's fun to goof around with regardless.

After playing though, I am quite confident I'd have an easier time flying a real plane.

I think it's a cool feature they added, but hopefully it's just a first draft...and NOT their final plans. It can definitely use some polish...maybe some guns and some AI planes to shoot at too.
