Is there a reason why DFI is slower than everyone else? Who knows, but their boards are rocking, so they will be worth the wait.
The AM2 version of the SLI-DR are quite similar, but who really needs a full TEN USB ports.. I mean really? If you have that many, get a damn hub. Either way, I can't wait to see how the new boards rip up the AM2 market.
