Barebones computer

I want to buy a barebones computer and have a few questions about it. I want to have it be purely a storage server and will install Ubuntu Linux on it. The primary concerns are that it consume very little power, be relatively fast, can go to sleep, and that it be under $150 (U.S.). I would like it to come with case, processor, LAN card, and motherboard. I would greatly appreciate if you could recommend some barebones computers that you think would fit these needs.
