I tried DL it several times today while I was in town and was getting the same results as you got (I was on a 6 meg connection), so needless to say I didn't get the DL as I didn't have enough time to sit around and wait for it to finish. Maybe my son will have better luck and can bring it out...

Just got back from St Louis, I've got a few pics from the drive, mainly interstate stuff because we were busy dodging rising waters around town. Made it out just in time I think as I just heard that they just shutdown one of the largest interstate routes out of the city and the water isn't done...

I'm running a E6750 (my wife will be getting it sooner or later) and in general its a great CPU, seeing as you said that you won't be OC'ing all that much (most have a FSB wall that limits OC'ing, at least mine does), you should be very happy with the overall performance of it.

Vendors often label their drivers different from the offical drivers, I always go to the chip makers site for drivers for video cards, that way you get the most up to date ones............;)

Well, she leaves all the hardware side of things to me, they really don't interest her at all. That is until her games start to slow down or she can't see all the pretty little features correctly and the screen shutters, then I hear about it until its fixed.
